My Story is Your Blueprint

I didn’t choose this fight; it chose me. As a survivor of profound abuse, I was a repeated runaway, often homeless, trying to escape my predators and forced to walk the darkest streets alone. I learned early that the systems designed to protect us are often the first to break us.

Learning the ropes to move from victim to living my fullest life wasn’t easy. People were overwhelmed quickly and often abandoned me without a second thought. No victim should be left alone to navigate a system that is too cumbersome for even the unscathed. My journey from victim to advocate wasn’t a choice – it was a necessity. And in that necessity, I forged a blueprint for survival, for justice and for reclaiming power.

That blueprint is built on a unique combination of lived experience and hands-on expertise. I’ve seen the crisis from every angle: as a survivor, as a former Private Investigator, as a first responder on an ambulance providing immediate medical care, and as an advocate working within nonprofits dedicated to serving victims and survivors.

I don’t just teach theory from a podium; I teach the tactics and skills that work in the real world, in the field, in the girt and blood, in the emergency room, and in the quiet moments when you’re trying to build a life.
